How Can severe Kidney Pain Be Treated?

I have fighting a kidney stone but the doctor says its gone now but both kidneys hurt sick at the stomach all the time tired feel like passing out when I stand up and feel nervous inside like internally shaking and they are now checking P S A because the prostate is swollen have to pee all the time its nuts and I m so tired and if keeps up I m going to loose my job I am 48 years old

Hi, Ihave gone through your query.I suggest that you go in for an ultrasound of the Abdomen, complete urine examination,culture&sensitivity of the urine.You can start an Antibiotic Ciprofloxacin(250mg) twice a day.You need a medicine for your enlarged Prostste too.
